OneClick Apply Privacy Policy

OneClick Apply (“the Extension”) is a Chrome browser extension developed by Eattopia (“we”, “our”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how the Extension handles your information.

Data Collection and Storage

What We Collect

The Extension stores the following data locally on your device using chrome.storage.local:

• Profile information you provide: name, email, phone, work history, education, skills, and job preferences
• Resume/PDF data you choose to upload for parsing
• LinkedIn export data you choose to import (from your LinkedIn “Your Data” ZIP export)
• Application records: company names, job titles, statuses, and dates you track

What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your browsing history, passwords, or financial information (beyond the payment token described below)
• We do not sell your personal information
• We do not use trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party analytics scripts

AI Proxy Requests

When you use the AI autofill feature, the content of the job application form fields you are filling is sent to our AI proxy server (api.geteattopia.com/oneclick) to generate field mappings. The proxy forwards the request to a third-party AI provider (OpenCode). Neither the proxy nor the AI provider stores your data beyond the duration of the request.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Autofill job application forms on your behalf
• Track your submitted applications
• Import and parse your resume or LinkedIn data
• Enable Pro features (via payment verification)

Chrome Permissions

The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions:

Host permissions (<all_urls>) are used exclusively to inject autofill functionality on job application pages. The Extension does not read or modify content on non-application pages.

Payments

Pro subscriptions are processed through ExtPay (extension payments via Stripe). Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your payment card details. The Extension only receives a token indicating whether your subscription is active.

Data Retention

All profile and application data persists in chrome.storage.local until you:

• Clear the Extension’s data via the Settings page (clear data button)
• Remove the Extension from Chrome (which automatically removes all stored data)

There is no server-side storage of your personal data beyond transient AI proxy request logs (which are retained no longer than 30 days).

Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

• AI Provider (OpenCode): Form field data is transmitted transiently via our proxy for autofill processing
• Stripe (via ExtPay): Payment processing for Pro subscriptions
• Legal compliance: If required by applicable law

Security

All data stored locally on your device is accessible only to the Extension. AI proxy requests are transmitted over HTTPS. No data is stored on our servers beyond transient request logs.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL, and the effective date will be updated.
