4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Recipes and cooking suggestions are generated with AI and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for:

  • Practicing safe food handling and cooking

Eattopia does not provide medical or nutritional advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, branding, and original service content are owned by Eattopia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Eattopia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display submitted content as needed to operate and improve the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eattopia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
